Thank you for shopping at Salemall Deals. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items: Gift cards, downloadable software products, and items marked as final sale.

To initiate a return, contact us at support@salemall.deals with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Late or missing refunds If you haven't received a refund, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@salemall.deals.

Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us at support@salemall.deals.
